Why retreat with us? Well...we got a great house to retreat in, DUH! NO SERIOUSLY. At the National Coaching League we believe in being REAL. We believe in helping you kick ass in ALL areas of your life AND, most importantly...we believe in relationships! All of these things are the focus of retreats at The Big Orenda!
What Happens at a Retreat?
Well, that depends on which one you attend! We have many levels of Retreats, some are for the beginner who is just getting started with us to the seasoned Coach who is here to sharpen their skills. Typically each retreat has goal planning, business building and of course, relationship strengthening components.
We also need to add COMFORT! Yep you read that right, we feed you delicious food, we give you a great comfy bed and we offer a cozy campfire when our Michigan weather allows it!
How do I get connected?
We would love to have you join us! We guarantee that you will laugh, you will learn and possibly you will cry (from laughing OR learning!) See the sections below for the upcoming Retreats to see how you may fit into one of them. If you don't see one now, feel free to check back, our goal is to offer at minimum 1 per month.

eXp Family Tree Retreat
This is eXciting! A Family Reunion of sorts! Here are the details: You'll want to arrive in the afternoon of Wednesday the day before the retreat starts. We'll be in session from 9 am to 3:00 ish on Thursday and Friday. Please fly out on Saturday afternoon as we might have a short morning session to make sure you don't leave with any questions.
