I use a calibrated group coaching method with an emphasis on relational coaching techniques, as opposed to transactional coaching, which is less personable and more formal. I promote an active client-to-coach relationship where both parties are mutually invested in achieving a successful outcome.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How are 36 to Life calls structured? 

36 to Life includes two one-hour video calls a week. The first call will cover strategies and training and the second call will be used for Q&A. 

Q: How many people will be on the call at the same time?  

There can be anywhere from 20 to 60 participants on a 36 to Life video call. 

Q: What technology do I need to be able to participate in the calls? 

To join in on the video calls, participants will need sign into Zoom.us, a cloud video conferencing platform. Access to the zoom meetings is free. 

A strong internet connection, a webcam, and headphones are also required. 

36 to Life meetings are scheduled through Google calendar. 

Q: How is the course billed? 

The course is billed one time at registraion.

Q: What is the cancellation policy? 

36 to Life participants can cancel the program at any time. 

Q: What is the refund policy

Refunds are available, no questions asked, for the current billing cycle.
